Introduction:
ZL pump is vertical
centrifugal slurry pump. It is used to work in the wet sump to transport
various abrasive corrosive slurry. Max. allowable particle diameter cold be up
to 15mm, and the max. working temperature could be up to 80℃. There isn't normal type shaft
seal for the pump sealing. Thanks to the design, the pump could operate in very
low liquid level in the sump. Wetted parts are made of high chrome cast iron.
Application:
Mining industry: Feeding of ferrous and non-ferrous pulp and transportation
of various concentrate pulp and reject pulp, etc.
Metallurgy industry: transportation of various slimes in aluminum plant
(containing high temperature slime 106°C) and various slurry in steel plant.
Coal industry: coal exploitation and transportation of various rough and
cleaned coal slurry washing.
Electricity: clean out and rinse dust in electrical plant, and transportation
of various ashes & mortars, etc.
Building materials: transportation of various sand slurry.
Chemical industry: transportation of various chemical abrasive and corrosive
slimes, such as phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer, etc.
Environmental protection: stack gas desulfurization and transportation of
various abrasive and corrosive slimes.
Hydraulic engineering industry: dredging of pool and waterway, pumping of sand,
grit and clays, etc.
