All pumps are designed by using advanced two-dimensional CAD and three-dimensional Inventer, PRO-E, etc. At the same time, hydraulic design, three-dimensional modeling, flow field analysis and CNC machining have been successfully integrated inside the factory. And CAD and CFD flow field analysis software are also effectively combined, that is, input pump three-dimensional image with specific file format to the CFD software, then do speed and pressure field analysis to predict the pump performance, test and validate the design results, then reduce the pump product design and manufacturing costs. The use of CFD inverse problems for hydraulic design reflects the pump’s high efficiency and energy saving features.
